Zack Rovnak: Director of Operations
Zack is a Native of Youngstown Ohio and has lived in the Hampton roads area for over 5 years. Zack has a wealth of experience including Hospitality and running medical practices both locally and in the Northern Virginia Market. Zack developed a passion for helping seniors when he helped multiple elderly family members growing up in a tight knit community in Ohio. One of Zacks greatest strengths is his ability to adapt to the ever changing home health environment while deploying new technology and practices to enhance patient care.
Jill Weinstein: Administrator
Jill graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2008 with a degree in English and Political Science. She worked as the Human Resources Administrator at Hunter Fan Company in Byhalia, Mississippi for 5 years before joining the United States Navy as an Officer. Upon completing her commitment with the Navy, she began working in HR and as an Administrator in Home Care for over 10 years.
Travis Fermil: Director of Nursing
Travis was born and raised in Virginia Beach and attended undergraduate college at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Upon graduation, he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from The University of South Alabama. Tarvis worked as the Nursing Director for Visiting Angels before committing to working full time at Velocity Urgent care while also working as a part-time trauma nurse at Norfolk General. In his spare time, Travis enjoys rock climbing and spending time with his wife and two children.
Marlene Kull: LPN
Marlene grew up in Connecticut and after high school, became a CNA. Marlene worked in a Memory Care unit for six years, then joined the Navy. Marlene spent eight years in the Navy, six of which were lived overseas with her family. After the Navy, she followed her passion in the medical field and became an LPN. Marlene believes nursing is where she needs to be, as she loves helping others and being a listening ear. Marlene is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing RN and should graduate in 2025.
Amanda Garrett: Home Care Liaison
Amanda is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in customer service and management, alongside a dedicated 7-year tenure working with seniors. A proud local, she has deep roots in her community and a personal connection to the values of service and care. Her passion for working with older adults was influenced by the meaningful relationships she developed with her grandparents and great-grandparents, which sparked her desire to support and improve the lives of seniors.
